The students have been working hard at creating wonderful mandala artworks to contribute to colouring books that will be sold as Christmas gifts this year.
Each grade will put together a colouring book consisting of 20 artworks chosen by teachers and students. Details on how to order and the types of packages available will be released soon.
In the spirit of giving, a portion of the money raised from each book will be donated to charity to help make a difference in the lives of others this Christmas.

Nagle College Launches New STEM Scholarship for Future Innovators
Nagle College Blacktown has announced the launch of the โChristine Howe STEM Academic Scholarshipโ, a new opportunity designed to support and inspire young women passionate about STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). Students enrolling in Year 7 from 2026 are eligible to apply for the scholarship, which reflects the Collegeโs ongoing commitment to excellence in learning within a supportive Catholic community.

We kicked off with a visit from Irene from Catholic Mission, followed by a week filled with prayer, learning, raising awareness, and of course, making sockballs and enjoying soccer shootouts! What a truly special Year 6 Reflection Day at Holy Cross Primary! ๐ It was a beautiful day of looking back and moving forward, as our students spent time reflecting on their wonderful years here with us. The atmosphere was filled with heartfelt memories. We also took a deep dive into the Scripture passages chosen for their upcoming Graduation Mass. Through various forms of art, the students creatively deconstructed and reflected on the passages, giving the Word of God a personal and powerful meaning for their farewell celebration. A huge thank you to Mrs Pittas, Miss Gray, Mrs Sayers, Mr Lendvai, Mr Buckley and Mrs Clements for organising such a wonderful and unique experience.

Congratulations to Madeleine from Year 4 who recently represented her club Sydney Hills Gymnastics at the National Acro Championships. She was part of a trio who came 1st in their balance routine, 4th in their dynamic routine and 1st overall, making them national champions! ๐๐ What a great achievement!
